1. Who We Are

Limitless Real Estate is a property marketing, introduction and advisory company operating in North Cyprus, with representation in Turkey, Norway and Jordan. Our registered contact address is Kyrenia, North Cyprus, and we can be reached at contact@limitlessreal.estate.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.limitlessreal.estate and the services described on it. By using the website, requesting information, submitting an enquiry or joining our partner programme, you accept these terms.

2. Our Role in a Property Purchase

Limitless Real Estate markets and presents properties built and sold by third-party developers and private sellers. When you buy a property, the sales contract is concluded directly between you and the developer or seller — not with Limitless Real Estate.

We coordinate viewings, provide information, assist with documentation and introduce you to independent lawyers, but we are not the vendor, the builder or your legal representative, and we do not hold client purchase funds.

3. Information Accuracy

Prices, availability, floor plans, renders, completion dates, payment plans, tax rates and yield expectations shown on this website are provided by developers or compiled from public sources. They are indicative, may change without notice, and do not form part of any offer or contract.

Computer-generated images and visualisations are illustrative. Always verify current specifications, prices and legal status in writing before committing to a purchase.

4. No Legal, Tax or Financial Advice

Content on this website — including guides on taxes, title deeds, residency, mortgages and rental income — is general information only. It is not legal, tax, immigration or investment advice, and it may not reflect your personal circumstances or the rules of your country of residence.

Every buyer should appoint an independent lawyer in North Cyprus and take professional tax advice at home before signing a contract or transferring funds.

5. Enquiries, Viewings and Property Tours

Guided property tours, inspection trips and any refund or contribution towards travel costs are offered subject to a separate written agreement, eligibility criteria and completion of a purchase. Conditions are confirmed in writing before travel.

Reservation deposits, contract terms and payment schedules are set by the developer or seller and are subject to their own contractual terms.

6. Partner Programme

Referral partners must register, be approved by Limitless Real Estate and comply with applicable law in their own country. Commission is payable only on completed, fully paid transactions from leads that were new to us, correctly registered through the partner dashboard and accepted by us.

We may decline or remove a partner account, or reject a lead that duplicates an existing client relationship. Partner accounts may not be used for spam, misleading claims or unauthorised use of our brand.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, branding, layouts and downloadable materials on this website belong to Limitless Real Estate or to the developers who supplied them. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, submit false information through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape content or overload our services.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless Real Estate is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content, from the acts or omissions of developers, sellers, lawyers or other third parties, or from interruptions to the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

10. External Links and Third-Party Services

The website links to third-party sites and uses third-party services, including WhatsApp, mapping and analytics providers and an AI assistant. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Cyprus, and the courts of North Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
