Partner Programme FAQ
How much do I earn?
2.5% of the purchase price of the property your client buys. On a £150,000 apartment that is £3,750. There is no cap on how many clients you refer.
When is the commission paid?
After the client has signed the contract and the payment terms with the developer are met, normally within 30 days of the funds being settled. You can follow the status of every lead in your dashboard.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, there are no monthly fees and no sales targets.
Do I need a licence or a company?
No. You can join as a private individual. You are responsible for declaring your commission income according to the rules of your own country.
What if two partners refer the same client?
The lead is credited to whoever registered the client first. This is why it matters to submit the lead in your dashboard before the client contacts us directly.
What happens after I submit a lead?
Our advisory team contacts the client within 24 hours in their own language, qualifies the budget, sends project information and, when relevant, arranges a guided inspection trip.
Can I refer clients for rentals too?
Yes, and you can also refer owners who want us to manage or rent out their property. Commission on those cases is agreed individually.
