Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains what personal data we collect from buyers, investors and partners, why we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data

Limitless Real Estate, Kyrenia, North Cyprus, is the data controller for personal data collected through www.limitlessreal.estate. You can contact us about privacy at any time at contact@limitlessreal.estate.

2. What We Collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number, country and preferred language.
  • Enquiry details: the properties, budget, timeline and requirements you tell us about, and the content of messages you send us by form, email or WhatsApp.
  • Account data: if you register as a referral partner, your login email, profile details and the leads you submit.
  • AI assistant conversations: questions you type into the Limitless AI assistant, used to answer you and improve our information.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring site, collected through standard server logs and analytics.

3. Why We Use It

  • To answer your enquiry and send you information about properties that match your criteria.
  • To arrange viewings, guided property tours and meetings with developers and lawyers.
  • To administer the referral partner programme, including lead attribution and commission payments.
  • To send marketing updates, new project launches and offers where you have asked for them or where we have a legitimate interest, always with an unsubscribe option.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website, and to comply with legal, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Depending on the situation, we rely on your consent (for example marketing emails), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (handling your enquiry, partner agreements), our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Who We Share It With

We share only what is necessary, and never sell your data. Recipients can include: developers and sellers of properties you ask about, independent lawyers you choose to engage, and service providers who host our website, database, email, analytics and AI assistant on our behalf.

Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on providers that apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

6. How Long We Keep It

Enquiry data is kept while your interest is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally up to three years from the last contact. Data connected with a completed purchase, partner commission or a legal obligation is kept for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

7. Your Rights

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask us to delete your data where we have no ongoing legal reason to keep it.
  • Object to or restrict processing, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
  • Request your data in a portable format.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website to function (such as language preference and partner login sessions) and analytics that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features such as the partner dashboard may then stop working correctly.

9. Security

Partner accounts are protected by authenticated login, data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to our systems is limited to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents such as passport copies through unencrypted channels unless we ask you to.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes and Complaints

We may update this policy; the version published here is the current one. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first at contact@limitlessreal.estate — and you may also raise the matter with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
